Children's Ministry
At Community, the volunteers and staff love the kids and together we learn about the love of God and what the Bible teaches us. Children are invited to learn in developmentally appropriate, engaging and fun ways. Whether it is prayers, high fives, Bible lessons, fun activities, or a quick hello, kids see friendly faces everywhere they turn.
With Sunday School, Midweek, Tuesday Morning Playgroup, Vacation Bible School, and much more, we keep kids excited about being here!

Youth Group
Our Youth Pastor, Doyle is the person you can ask about Youth Group for Middle and High School!
Starting Sunday, September 20th, Sunday school is a great opportunity for discussion and connection with other students here at Community. Sunday mornings are a time to engage with scripture and find practical ways of setting aside time to be with God throughout our week. We'll see you at 10:10am.
Wednesday Evening Midweek and Youth Group:
Middle School & High School Youth Groups meet during our Midweek program on Wednesdays beginning October 7th at 6:30pm.
There is a free meal served every Wednesdays from 5:30-6:20, then the various groups go to their classes and activities.
In Youth Group this year we will be adding music alongside our large and small group time. Centered on the gospel, this is a great opportunity for students to talk about how the gospel impacts our everyday life. Our nights include a specific series each month, opportunities to ask questions, and time to engage with others walking through middle school years together.
Learn more about Midweek for all ages at: https://communityrc.org/midweek
High School Youth Group will start a little sooner, beginning on Wednesday, September 9th. (Ask Doyle for details about High School meeting time and meals in September.)

Welcome Team
We get to do this! We aren't just here to do a task, we are here for THE KINGDOM!
- Every week volunteers on the Welcome Team make Community feel like home to every person who walks through our doors.
- You'll be on a team that serves on the same week each month. For example, if you're on Team 2, you'll serve every second Sunday of the month.
- CHOOSE ONE OR BOTH TIME SLOTS TO SERVE ON YOUR ROTATION:
8:45am-9:10am
10:30am-10:50am- Please check in at The Link with your team lead 20 minutes prior to the start of the service & see which area of the lobby you'll be stationed at.
- 10/4 Rule: Any time you’re within 10 feet of someone, make solid eye contact and smile, and when within 4 feet, greet them verbally. Think of this role differently than "greeters"--no need to give everyone handshakes but rather make people feel comfortable with a smile and acknowledgment.
- If you cannot serve on the Sunday that you are scheduled, please find your replacement by contacting people on the sub list.
- Would you consider being on the welcome team or be on the sub list?
